Michelle Jorden, Esq.

Ms. Jorden’s practice focuses on business law, with a secondary emphasis in public agency litigation and employment law. Ms. Jorden’s has previously represented public agencies in litigation, including general liability, personal injury defense, special education, employee discipline and termination, wage and hour issues, disability accommodation protocols, family and medical leave issues, investigations of harassment and other misconduct. Ms. Jorden litigates in both state and federal court, as well as in administrative law settings.

Prior to joining Hackler Flynn & Associates, Ms. Jorden was an Associate at Best Best & Krieger where she specialized in education law. She was also an associate at the boutique law firms of Currier & Hudson and Krutcik & Georggin, where she practiced public agency litigation and employment law.

Ms. Jorden graduated from University of California, San Diego in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science and received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2005. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, she interned in the White House in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Jorden is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
