Patricia Miller, Esq.

Patricia Miller, Esq., is a litigation attorney who has handled numerous types of litigation cases in both state and federal courts. Ms. Miller specializes in civil litigation in the areas of business, commercial, tort, breach of contract, personal injury, premises liability and real estate. She performs all aspects of case management, mediation and trial preparation.

Prior to joining Hackler Flynn & Associates, Ms. Miller was an associate attorney at Roquemore, Pringle & Moore, Inc. and the Law Offices of Harold Greenberg where she handled hundreds of litigation matters.

As a member of the California State Bar, Patricia Miller is also admitted to appear in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. In 1996, Ms. Miller graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Asian Pacific Studies and Philosophy. Ms. Miller graduated with honors that included the Jesuit Honor Society, Alpha Sigma Nu. Ms. Miller was also active with the Jesuit service organization, Ignatians. In 2000, she earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Loyola Law School.

At the age of 10, Patricia Miller lived through the People Power Revolution in the Philippines. This transformative event created a strong desire for her to become an attorney and seek justice. Ms. Miller’s passion for her work and her clients stems from her 10-year-old desire to seek justice.

Ms. Miller participates in the Red Cross and the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program.  These are emergency volunteer organizations that mobilize quickly during a disaster. Because of these trainings, Ms. Miller is adept at evaluating client emergencies and acting quickly to protect their interests.
