Nicole Baldwin has represented corporate clients and individuals in employment and business matters since 2007.
Ms. Baldwin is an experienced litigator who empowers businesses to thrive within the complexities of California’s ever changing employment laws. She is a strategic advocate who provides practical approaches to each client’s unique goals. From the inception of a case to post-trial motions, Ms. Baldwin has litigated cases in state court, federal court, arbitration, DLSE, EEOC, and various government administrative proceedings.
Throughout her legal career, and as a Board Member and President of HR Cafe’ (formerly San Diego HR Roundtable), Ms. Baldwin has facilitated numerous workplace trainings, designed to foster inclusive collaborations among diverse professionals and industries. In 2019, Ms. Baldwin taught Civil Litigation and Legal Research at the University of San Diego’s ABA accredited Paralegal Studies program.
In 1999, Ms. Baldwin earned her B.A. in Communications and B.S. in Sociology from Virginia Tech, where she interned for the news department at NBC. In 2006, Ms. Baldwin received her J.D. from California Western School of Law, where she interned for the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Office in Yokosuka, Japan.
Ms. Baldwin is a member of the State Bar of California and the Southern and Central Districts of California.
