Project Description

Elizabeth Ernster, Esq. has been representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings in the areas of employment and labor law since 2006.

She has had a very broad practice, which has given her significant experience in multiple areas and has often litigated matters where cross-disciplinary issues exist.  These practice areas include commercial litigation, employment litigation, trade secrets, intellectual properties, securities, family law trust and probate litigation, and criminal defense work, including white-collar criminal defense experience, among others.

Ms. Ernster began her legal career in Pasadena, California, as an associate at Ernster Law Offices, where she had the great fortune to learn from her father for several years, specializing in trial work in Civil, Trust & Probate, and Family Law litigation, as well as some appellate work.  Prior to joining Hackler Flynn & Associates, she was counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP for five years and then at Kabat Chapman & Ozmer LLP.  At both firms, she specialized in labor & employment law, as well as commercial law and cross-disciplinary matters.

Ms. Ernster graduated from the University of Southern California in 1999 with a B.A. in Print Journalism, and received her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, in 2006.

Ms. Ernster is a member of the State Bar of California and the Central District of California.
